Sottola demonstration — source and method Captured October 17, 2026 This is a fictional planning discussion narrated by the built-in macOS Samantha voice at 165 words per minute, with one-second pauses between paragraphs. It contains no customer meeting data. The source WAV is 39.7336875 seconds long, 16 kHz mono PCM, 16-bit. The WAV was played through the Mac's system audio and recorded by the installed Sottola 1.0.8 build 12 app using its normal Start/Stop controls. The recording lasted 49 seconds, including silence around playback. Configuration: - Local Streaming: Nemotron 3.5 0.6B 8-bit, More Accurate (1.12 s chunks) - Maximum phrase duration: 13 seconds - Translation: Local TranslateGemma 12B, English to French - Meeting notes: Qwen3.5 4B, generated automatically after Stop - Speaker labels, folder context, and vocabulary boosting: off The public screenshots are unmodified native window captures. Transcript screenshots show the History window after recording; the notes screenshot shows Conversation Intelligence after local generation. They are not reconstructed interfaces or images of live timing measurements. transcript-and-notes.md is the app's unchanged saved export from this run. transcript-and-notes.txt is a byte-identical plain-text copy for browser reading. It contains all five segments, their translations, and the generated notes. The notes repeat some empty section headings after the populated sections; those repetitions have deliberately been retained. The screenshot shows only the visible portion; read the export for the full result. This is the clean recorded run after setup checks. An earlier setup run used continuous narration and existing folder context; it is not the public sample. No customer documents or private folder paths are included in this release. This demonstrates the workflow with clear, synthetic speech. It is not an accuracy, latency, speaker-labeling, or real-meeting benchmark. Results vary with audio, language, model, and hardware. Check names, dates, translations, and generated actions against the original before relying on them.
